Our origin story
Traveler's Angels began from a personal journey of hardship and unexpected kindness. After a series of car troubles left me and my service dog stranded, broke, and far from home, we experienced both judgment and profound help. It was the few "angels" who stopped to assist us, whose faces shone with God's love, that inspired this mission. We want people to know that even in the darkest times, there is hope and loving support.
Our community of care
Beyond myself and my wonderful German Shepherd service dog, the heart of Traveler's Angels is made up of everyday people. It's individuals like you, offering whatever they can, whether it's a little or a lot. Our resources come from regular people who have the desire to care for others and want to help. Every effort, big or small, is a great effort and contributes to our collective ability to make a real difference.
Making a lasting impact
When we help people, we hope they feel absolutely safe and loved. That's exactly how I felt when, amidst despair, bright shining lights suddenly appeared to help. Traveler's Angels aims to be those bright shining lights for others, providing not just practical assistance but also a profound sense of security and the knowledge that they are not alone. We want them to know that God loves them and sends angels to help all who are in need.
